Solarkey ships over three thousand packages each month through DHL or UPS services across the world. As soon as you complete your transaction, we will send you an acknowledgement email, which includes the dates of your selected products and the price. All orders are shipped within 36 hours of order placement date.
Once your order is shipped you will receive the second email notifying you that your order has been shipped. This email will include a DHL or UPS tracking number, using this number you can check the status of your package in transit online by visiting the www.DHL.com or www.ups.com. The delivery time is subject to the shipping destination, normally within 2 - 4 days.
